Goal of Program: - The goal of our program is to prepare our candidates for the MRD exam and their private practice sector by delivering a range of evidence-based dentistry knowledge and improving their skills to attract more opportunities in the dental aspect and to be fit for the future. What you need to take the Exam ? - Candidates must complete three years of full-time specialty training However, they may sit for the examination after two years if their program director signs off - Candidates should Have an MFDS Certificate or Equivalent - Graduation Certificate in English. Exam Structure: The Exam consists of two components: - A SBA (Single Best Answer) Exam. - Oral Viva Exam On Clinical Cases. **Note That: the maximum number of times a candidate may sit the exam is only four times and then he/she will need to Retake the Training Again.** Program Contains: Our program is following the latest Royal College of Surgeon in Edinburgh’s curriculum: - The program spans three years, with each semester lasting approximately five months. There is a one month, break between every two semesters. - The first semester includes lectures, workshops, hands-on training, exams, and quizzes. - The first year covers general topics, while specialization begins in the second year. - Clinical work begins in the second semester. - The fifth semester is dedicated to reviewing all topics covered in previous semesters. - The sixth semester is focused solely on exam preparation. - Problem-solving treatment planning - A complete online website - 30+ practical workshops & courses throughout 3 years of training. - VIVA mock exams. - Journal study clubs. - ACAR Acute Care Assessment Role: training and direct clinical supervision. - CBD Case-Based Discussion: treatment discussion of cases done by the candidate. - Training on recent advanced dental techniques and devices. - Clinical evaluation exercises. - Workshops & practical FREE basic & advanced courses. - Hands-on sessions - Kits, sets and devices learning curve from using microscope in daily practice, Diode LASER and CAD/CAM techniques with clinical supervision - Training on recent advanced dental techniques and devices - IMPLANT & LASER CENTER We provide all candidates with different implant surgical kits and diode LASER devices. - DIGITAL CAD/CAM LAB We provide all candidates with a special CAD/CAM digital lab equipped with (( EXOCAD software, zirconium & Emax ceramics kits, and a furnace )) - 200 clinical skills of kits, sets and devices to be learned throughout the 3 years of training. **Note: The program includes over 150 lectures and more than 30 workshops and the Program includes a Full MFDS Training Program.** Clinical Case: MONOSPECIALTIES ENDODONTICS 25 Procedures including: - Non-surgical root canal treatment. - Non-surgical root canal Retreatment. - Peri-radicular surgery. - Trauma. - Deciduous teeth. - Restoration of the root-filled tooth.
